With over 18 years of experience in the hair industry, I’ve spent the past 14 building meaningful relationships with clients throughout the Bay Area. While I specialize in textured haircuts and a wide range of color techniques, my true passion lies in creating natural, lived-in looks that enhance each client’s individual beauty. I’m currently advancing my craft by working toward certification as a Master Balayage Artist. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I’m committed to offering a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone feels seen, valued, and celebrated. Cancellation Policy

I understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. Any cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours of appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services. No-shows will be charged 100% of reserved service. Service Satisfaction & Refund Policy Rival is committed to providing high-quality hair services and exceeding client expectations. However, we understand that in rare cases, results may not meet expectations. If you are unsatisfied with your service, we offer one complimentary correction service to address and resolve the issue. This correction must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment. If you choose not to receive a correction service, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the original service cost. Please note: • Refunds and corrections are only considered if concerns are reported within 72 hours of the original service. • Results that differ due to unrealistic expectations or previously compromised hair may not qualify.
